FRAUD PROTECTION

PayPak offers you coverage of up to PR 30,000 per card per year for fraudulent/unauthorized transactions triggered as a result of the following:

  • PayPak Card is in the customer’s possession and any unauthorized transaction on the linked account occurs due to counterfeit/skimmed fraud.
  • Lost or stolen PayPak card with unauthorized transactions.
  • Unauthorized financial transactions through digital methods to conduct banking transactions by means of the Internet such as funds transfer, bill payments, recharges, etc.

*PayPak cardholders of Conventional Banking will be covered through EFU General Insurance whereas PayPak cardholders of Islamic Banking/Islamic Windows will be covered through TPL Insurance
