This campaign is valid for all PayPak card transactions on domestic POS and ATMs from October 01 to December 31, 2020 (both dates inclusive).
All PayPak cardholders and PayPak co-badge cardholders are eligible to participate in the campaign.
Multiple entries per participant is allowed based on multiple transactions.
Lucky draw will be conducted by 1LINK (Pvt.) Limited.
Prizes will be distributed via Banks directly in Quarter 1, 2021.
Banks will be notified about the winners and the delivery/collection of gold via email.
Bank will be responsible to contact their customers for delivery/collection of prizes to the winner.
Prizes are not transferable, or exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
For Branch campaign, virtual and centralized branches issuing PayPak cards will not be part of this campaign. This campaign is dedicated to physical branches only.
Branch rewards to be given to the Branch Manager or Operations Manager on Bank’s discretion.
Both off-us & on-us transactions will be eligible in the campaign. Since 1LINK has no access to on-us transactions, Banks will be required to share data on a pre-defined format (enclosed) by January 20, 2021. Data submitted after January 20, 2021 will not be entertained.
1LINK employees are not eligible for this campaign.
All decisions are to be made by 1LINK in connection with the lucky draw (including the interpretation of terms and conditions).
1LINK reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions at its sole discretion, should there be any dispute or discrepancy.
Without prejudice to any other remedy available to 1LINK, 1LINK shall be indemnified, defended, and held harmless from any actual or threatened claim, demand, obligation, loss, cost, liability and/or expense (“Losses”) resulting from and/or arising in connection with PayPak card campaign or any customer data as shared by the bank for any of its customer(s), whatsoever, for the purpose of this campaign only.
